MANAGED AI PRODUCT VISUALS

Managed AI images and lightweight video, with a human review gate.

This is a done-for-you production service, not a self-service generator. We audit the source material and product risks, approve a direction proof, produce the agreed image or motion track, complete human quality control, then deliver only reviewed files. We stop or switch methods when the product cannot be represented reliably.

THE BRIEF · PRODUCTION PRIORITIES

Start with the need.
Then choose the method.

Mark the permitted change on the source

Provide a rights-cleared source ID and identify the area to change, such as the background beyond the textile. Mark the product silhouette, visible weave, border, seams and included pieces as protected. Request any newly visible underside or closure as missing reference evidence; permission to change a room is not permission to invent the product.

Separate scene permission from motion permission

Record the proposed still-scene change and any camera or ambient movement as different requests. If movement would reveal a hidden surface, open packaging or deform the textile, pause that request for additional references or another method. One accepted still does not authorize a hands-on video.

Review and label each selected output

Compare the proposed output to the named source and protected-area notes, record rejected changes, and release only the reviewed version with its agreed AI-assisted or concept/reference label. Keep an exploratory concept outside customer-facing product evidence until the product owner approves its permitted use; switch to real capture or controlled compositing when representation is unreliable.

SOURCE SUFFICIENCY · MANAGED AI

Check whether the supplied material can hold product identity

Managed AI production starts with source evidence, not a prompt. The weaker the product record, the narrower the safe visual task.

Source-material levels, suitable tasks and stop conditions for managed AI product images and video.

TWO PRODUCTION TRACKS

Choose an image track or a lightweight video track

Each track has its own source requirements, proof and review gate. Approval of an image does not automatically approve motion.

Managed AI image track

Directed lifestyle or campaign scenes, approved key frames and agreed format variants. Product details are checked against the supplied references before delivery.

Managed AI video track

Selected camera movement, ambient motion or short image-to-video variations. Physical interaction and structural change require a separate risk decision.

AUDIT · PROOF · PRODUCTION · QC · DELIVERY

A managed workflow with a stop decision at every stage

Five-stage managed AI production and review workflow.
StageWhat happensApproval or stop rule
1. Source auditCheck image coverage, sample status, color and material references, rights and details that must not change.Stop if the source cannot identify the product reliably.
2. Direction proofPrepare a limited scene, key frame or motion proof for the highest-risk direction. The client approves direction and product facts before variants.
3. ProductionCreate only the agreed images, clips, ratios and versions from the approved direction.New concepts or interactions return to the proof stage.
4. Human QCCompare selected outputs with the approved product record for color, texture, seams, components, logos, text and motion stability.Failed files are removed or routed to another method.
5. DeliveryName and package the reviewed files with the agreed disclosure and format list. The client makes the final publication and rights decision.
PRODUCT-TRUTH RISK MAP

Switch methods when generation cannot protect the product

Longer prompts do not make high-risk facts reliable. The production route changes when the proof or quality-control check shows drift.

Risk level and production decision for common product-visual requirements.
RequirementRiskProduction decision
Exact color, texture, seams or constructionHighPrefer real capture or a controlled composite when the detail must be product evidence.
Logo, label, packaging or readable textHighUse approved source artwork and compositing; stop if the output cannot remain exact.
Hands, opening, folding or physical interactionHighUse a motion proof; switch to real footage when geometry or behavior drifts.
Scene, crop or aspect-ratio explorationLowerAI-assisted production may be suitable after the product base and direction are approved.
Camera drift or restrained ambient motionConditionalTest a short proof and deliver only clips that pass identity and stability review.

FAQ

Before you start

Is this a self-service generator?

No. The team reviews the brief, selects a production route, prepares the work and checks selected outputs with you.

When is real photography safer?

Use real capture or controlled compositing when exact texture, color, seams, structure, packaging text, logos or hands-on interaction must remain accurate.

Can AI make product video?

Selected camera movement or ambient-motion clips can be discussed as a managed production service. First agree the intended use and a representative image or clip for human review before expanding versions. If it changes a seam, silhouette, weave, label, logo or included component, do not approve that output as a product reference. Hands-on use, opening or structural change may need real capture or controlled compositing instead. The method, disclosure and final files are agreed for the actual project.

Who approves rights and product facts?

The client approves supplied material, product facts, trademarks, people and final publication. For each factory photo, model image or brand asset, identify its source and confirm the intended use, including any restriction on AI processing, modification, markets or channels. If permission is uncertain, leave that material out of production until the responsible owner resolves it, or discuss an alternative source. The team plans and reviews the work as a managed service; AI-assisted outputs are disclosed, and receiving a file does not itself establish permission.

PROJECT DECISIONS · CHANGES AND RELEASE

Reopen human review when the approved AI task changes

An approved scene proof covers its recorded source, visible product and intended task. Our managed service reviews a changed request before producing more variants; every delivered file still needs human review and the agreed method disclosure.
