Concept imageDefine the brief
Share your products, sample location and intended listings, catalogs or sales materials.
Prepare listing and sales imagery while your products are still in China. Start with the brief, then agree sample arrangements and a shooting plan.

Concept imageShare your products, sample location and intended listings, catalogs or sales materials.
Concept imageConfirm references, shot count, formats, editing scope and timing before the shoot.
Concept imageAfter receiving details are agreed, you or your supplier arrange the samples. Include a product list and confirm sample return arrangements.
Concept imageUse the agreed test-shot stage to check the product view, lighting and composition.
Concept imageWork through the approved shot list and agreed editing scope.
Concept imageReview the files against the agreed brief. You manage product orders and onward shipping separately.
Before samples leave your supplier, agree the product list, receiving details and shoot scope. Keep one sample record shared between the buyer, supplier and studio.
| Stage | Buyer / supplier | Agree with the studio |
|---|---|---|
| Product list | Identify SKUs, colors, components and approved specifications. | Required views, sample condition and any preparation for each product. |
| Sample handoff | Arrange samples and provide a packing list that matches the product labels. | Receiving contact, address, timing and return arrangements before dispatch. |
| Shoot and review | Name one approval contact and consolidate feedback. | Shot list, visual direction, review checkpoints and editing scope. |
| File delivery | Confirm sales channels, SKU names and intended uses. | Image count, filenames, formats, review criteria and delivery timing. |
Fill one row per SKU and color. The file includes an example row to replace. This is a planning template; confirm sample acceptance and all project terms with the studio first.
Each gate produces a named record and decision. Visual approval does not approve product specifications, production goods, inspection or shipping, and a freight milestone does not release an image for publication.
| Gate | Evidence to carry forward | Decision owner | Pause when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brief gate | Current product list, intended channels and requested deliverables | Buyer or brand scope owner | The sale unit, requested work or target use is still unclear |
| Receiving gate | Versioned sample inventory, carton record and confirmed receiving details | Buyer, supplier and studio contacts | A sample is unlabelled, substituted, incomplete or sent without an agreed handoff |
| Direction gate | Named test frame or proof with the decision it must settle | Visual approver | Feedback conflicts or the proof does not identify the product and review purpose |
| Production-method gate | Real capture, video, controlled composite or managed AI route plus details that cannot change | Buyer product owner and studio | The chosen method cannot preserve required color, texture, structure, logo, text or interaction |
| Release gate | Final filename-to-SKU manifest, product-fact status and customer-facing release decision | Buyer or brand publishing owner | The photographed sample no longer represents the sale product or a required fact remains unresolved |
