FULL VISUAL LAUNCH PACKAGE

Textile brand launch visuals while your samples are in China.

A textile brand launch visual package coordinates the agreed photography, PDP content, brand scenes, product video and human-reviewed AI variations around one approved product record. For a brand sourcing in China, we map sample availability and each asset to the storefront, catalog or campaign that needs it, then confirm the actual production mix and review owners.

A launch needing only product galleries and detail modules can start with Shopify PDP and ecommerce image production before expanding the scope.

To organize samples, page placements and the remote handoff, review the storefront launch asset checklist before finalizing the production brief.

THE BRIEF · PRODUCTION PRIORITIES

Start with the need.
Then choose the method.

Share a setup, not an unverified product

For each SKU or colorway, name the sample revision, included pieces and product-specific source views. A shared room, light or layout can reduce repeated preparation within the agreed scope; it does not make one colorway photo evidence for another or authorize digital recoloring of the sale product.

Separate reusable sources from new work

Map each existing source to its permitted SKU and outputs. The same approved master may support more crops for that product, while another closure, border, piece count or color needs its own source decision. List new capture, retouching, module and video tasks separately before comparing package scope.

Prove the range exceptions first

Select representative products that expose the real differences, then record which framing, styling and layout rules can carry across and which need another setup or source view. Confirm these exceptions before extending the production list; unresolved variants stay pending rather than inheriting another SKU approval.

Keep ownership on each dependency

Record which brand contact approves product identity and copy, who approves visuals, and which agency receives the page versions. A shared source or fact revision should list every dependent asset. Agree the actual production mix, review rounds and timing for those tasks rather than purchasing a promised file total.

THREE LAUNCH ENTRY ROUTES

Start from the real asset gap, then combine only the needed services

A coordinated launch can use photography, page content, video, brand direction and managed AI, but the correct mix depends on the samples and usable assets already available.

DELIVERY DEMONSTRATION · NOT A CLIENT PROJECT

What does a staged launch delivery manifest look like?

A textile launch manifest links each finished version to its source task and approval owner. One approved photograph may produce several crop exports; a designed module and a video edit remain separate production tasks. Accept each batch against the agreed scope, not the total file count.

Planning demonstration only — DEMO-A is an invented bedding brief, not a real SKU, client project or delivered image/video set. Every filename is proposed, and every production status below is pending.

Illustrative route: China-based supplier → identified sample S01 → Old Money Visual proofs → brand approval → website-team preview. Sample identity and facts are pending brand approval. Receiving, return/onward arrangements and the actual approving contacts must be confirmed before shipment.

Choose an individual service

If only gallery/PDP views are missing, use ecommerce visuals. A standalone room scene goes to brand imagery; a handling clip goes to product video. Each can have its own brief and approval.

Coordinate a full package

Use one launch matrix when the same sample, styling or approval round serves several asset types. Shared preparation may be reusable, but scene changes, modules and edits still need separate scope lines.

Receive in batches

Batch A can be accepted after sample and gallery review. Hold B while material copy or placements are unresolved; hold C until the handling brief is approved. Record each accepted version and named approver; the website team owns upload, theme configuration and release.

FAQ

Before you start

Does every package include every service?

No. Begin with the first product or SKU that needs to publish and its priority placement, then identify the buying information that is missing. That may call for product photography and a few listing modules before brand scenes, video or AI variations are considered. Mark usable existing assets and separate essential outputs from optional additions or later phases. The agreed asset list determines the service combination; no method is included merely to make the package look larger.

Can several channels share one production?

Yes. We first map common product facts and source assets, then define the channel-specific sequence and formats.

Who manages sourcing and shipping?

The client or appointed partners manage sourcing, inspection, inventory, fulfilment and international shipping.

How are revisions and delivery decided?

They are confirmed with the asset matrix, production methods, review points and schedule before work begins. Give feedback against a named file and the approved reference: a wrong SKU label or missing agreed crop differs from adding a colorway, changing a component or selecting a new scene after approval. Identify which photos, page modules, video edits and AI versions depend on that decision. Consolidate feedback through the agreed approver and confirm affected work, files, costs and timing before production expands; no fixed revision entitlement is implied.

PROJECT DECISIONS · CHANGES AND RELEASE

Pause affected assets without losing the approved launch work

Treat the launch matrix as a dependency map. When an input changes, identify the files derived from it, hold those outputs and preserve current approvals only where their evidence remains valid.
