PROJECT BRIEF
Give the project one clear starting point.
Organize the products, sample location, target market, intended channels, required assets and timing. Copy the brief to share through WhatsApp, email or WeChat. Start with the shot planner if you need a shot list, or check shoot readiness.
Products, channels and production methods in one place.
Choose from six service scopes, including managed AI image and video production. This is a team-delivered service, not a self-service generator.

What makes a visual-production brief useful?
A useful brief connects the physical sample, approved product facts and intended placement. Unknown details can stay marked as open questions; the brief itself does not confirm price, schedule or sample acceptance.
| Decision area | Information to bring | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Products | Product category, SKU or style count, colors and included components | Defines what needs its own product record and image task |
| Samples | Current location, sample stage, supplier reference and known differences | Shows what can be photographed and what still needs a product decision |
| Markets and channels | Target country plus Amazon, Shopify, catalog, buyer presentation or other placement | Connects each asset to its actual use |
| Requested outputs | Photography, PDP modules, product video, brand imagery or managed AI variations | Separates required work from optional extensions |
| Product truth | Color, texture, seams, components, logo, label and packaging details that must not change | Sets the accuracy boundary before a production method is chosen |
| Review and timing | Intended use date, visual approver, product-information owner and sample return plan | Makes open decisions visible without presenting them as confirmed terms |
